Counter Sales

Responsibilities: –

  • To greet customers and taking orders.
  • To assist walk-in customers and attend to their enquiries.
  • To follow up on sales order to completion.
  • To process payments.
  • To answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiry from customers.
  • To reply to emails from customers.
  • To assist customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
  • To prepare price quotation and proforma invoice for customers.
  • To issue cash bills, invoices, delivery orders.
  • To assist in checking stock balance in warehouse/store.
  • To respond to any queries and give every information that a customer need.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
  • To provide an excellent service to customers.
  • To build customer relationships and increase sales & margins
  • To perform sales and follow up calls to customers/potential customers

Requirements: –

  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills.
  • Required languages: Malay, English, Chinese (optional).
  • Education: SPM and above (or equivalent).
  • Basic computer literacy (use of mouse and keyboard, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office)
  • Able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitasks.
  • One-year related working experience in sales/customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with experience in building material (hardware & metal industries) is preferred.
  • On the job training.

Driver Lorry (15mt)

Role Description: –

  • Safely operate a lorry to transport stock from the headquarters to retail locations.
  • Efficiently load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
  • Adapt to changes in schedules and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and invoices.
  •  Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and retail personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations by possessing a valid Malaysian D License for lorry operation and a Vocational GDL – D License for lorries.
  • Conduct routine checks on the lorry and report any issues promptly.
  • Provide professional and courteous service during interactions with store personnel.
  • Assist in resolving any delivery-related issues or concerns.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job, including safe driving practices.
  • Maintain physical fitness for tasks such as loading and unloading.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during transportation.
  • Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications: –

  • Valid Malaysian D License for lorry operation.
  • Vocational GDL – D License (BTM Light Motorcar drivers, Small trucks, heavy vans with no load exceeding 3500kg)
  • Previous experience in goods transportation is an advantage.

Salary: –
From RM2,200.00 – RM4,000.00 per month (including commission)


Admin Clerk

Job Description: –

  • Compile, prepare and issue delivery order / invoice to customer
  • Resolve billing error/dispute and work with other departments to provide required documents
  • Update customer on document posted and prepare consignment not
  • Ensure complete supporting documentsMonthly update on aging worksheet on customer details

Maintain good and effective filing system for invoices and documents Assist in answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner Monitor documents dispatched and received Assign and handle driver daily logistic arrangement Establish effective and good working-relationship with customer Respond to and resolve customer inquiries/complaints
